On this day we decided to test the newly-installed 600mW, 5.8GHz low-latency video system. It worked well, though from our findings we decided it would be better to supply power supplied to the lights and the video separately, as the lights were introducing some noise into the video.
Once that is finished, we proceeded to install an On-Screen Display (OSD) overlay to allow the pilot to keep track of the aircraft status during flight.
Over the coming months we are planning to install and test specialized multispectral imaging equipment, which will come in very handy for our upcoming projects. Stay tuned!
